I had about a dozen store items that should have been relisted today. They are listed under "good until cancelled", but all have appeared in my "Items unsold" file. Is this something new that we have to relist manually after 30 days now?

Thanks Tom, I have never had them appear in my "unsold" file before. I have also "lost" an auction from several hours ago. It had a bid, but is not in any files on My eBay. I've had several EOA notices since then, they are a bit slow, but coming through, I expect it's going to get a lot worse later today.
