Did you ever try to?
I was shocked by the run around they gave me. It was hard to figure where is the link to start with.
Then they take you through lots of ad pages, then some more, then they tell you - you must call them to cancel the account.
I called, was put on hold, then given only an option to leave a message.
Now I have to wait for the continuation of the game.

How do you pay square trade, I've not used them before. If it by credit card, you can always try to stop paying on that end. You should also send a letter via certified mail or delivery confirmation that you are canceling your account, should you need to prove you tried to do so. It is a mess

Thank you! I just emailed. Hope it works, because there is no phone call back now for 2 days.
It seems very strange that it is so hard.
I did pay via credit card, but I was going to give it few more days.
Sending registered mail is a good idea, I have to find it on the site, it is not easy, may not even be possible.
