I sold some ASL games last week and did not figure out that some important pieces were missing until after the auctions closed.

These darn games do not have a detailed inventory list!

After talking to the winner and updating him on the situation, he was upset but agreed to a refund. I just refunded his Paypal payment. How do file for Ebay fees?

I found UPI, but is there another way?

File the UPI mutually agreed...then your buyer doesn't get dinged.
