I've been getting this error for over 18 hours. Luckily I can do what I need to do by checking history, but the message is annoying.
"Your Recent Activity is currently unavailable. Please try again in one hour or view your complete transaction history."

Yeah, it is REALLY annoying, when paypal comes back I am going to have to double check everything on my transaction page to make sure I processed it since I can not rely on their email to get through 100% of the time.

I called them yesterday and they said "We are aware of the problem and are working on it". Sounded like the normal it's broke and we have no idea why explanation.
