Usually AH Games have a list of contents right at the front of the instruction booklet. Do you have the instructions?
Unfortunately, I am not familiar with those two specific games, but here are three options:
A) Check out boardgamegeeks.com for these games. Both are listed there, but you didn't mention which edition you have, so I can't give you any specifics.
B) Do a search on eBay and see what other sellers have to say on the subject... When I list games with counters, I always explicitly state "Comes complete with 963 counters".
C) Ask on the eBay "Toys & Games" discussion board. There are several seller there that know tons more than I do about those games.

Thanks Replay,
I have the boxes and know the total number of counters I need. I just don't know which counters they are and how many of "each".
I'm selling a collection that is in great shape. Only problem is, the seller dumped all of the counters into big baggies because he did not want to include his storage boxes.
So know I am trying to put these games back into their boxes. It is taking FOREVER!
I'll try the ebay boards and see if anyone can help. Thanks.
