Hi All,
Just wanted to share this with you since I know we have lots of lurkers out there.
I have not been able to log into Vendio for 2 days. Finally had the time to look into it tonight.
When I tried to log into Vendio, it would just return me to the Vendio home page with no errors.
I intentionally tried to log in with a false password and received an error screen. I also requested my password from Vendio and it matched the password I knew should work.
That eliminated the possibility that someone had sabotaged my account.
I closed all browsers,cleared all the cookies in my temp files, added Vendio to my Trusted-sites list. Anything and everything I could think of. Even asked Vendio for help but their reply was for me to log into my account and update my eBay cookie. Duh
Ok, long story short, (too late!) I did a search from the Windows toolbar for "Vendio". I found a few cookies left in my internet history file. Deleted them and now I am back in.
So if you are reading this because you can not log into your vendio account, don't give up. Keep looking. A corrupted file on YOUR system could be keeping you out of Vendio!
Also, I don't know if it had anything to do with the problem, but I clicked the "Keep me signed in" button the other day. I usually do not use it and wonder if it had something to do with the corrupted page saved in the history file.
