Well, that's quite a Carrot you have there.

You have got to be kidding me? They pulled it? F*cking ridiculous. ooohhh. ... It reminds me of something sexual.... ohhh can't have that... it's NAaaaaaaaSTYeeeeeee!!! It'll scar the children. The little old ladies who come across it while doing their ebay produce shopping might be offended....

Hey ebay - what's with all those David Statuettes and Botecelli painting that are still active. Those are much more blatant examples of sexuality - why are they not being pulled?

Sactimonious hypocritical b*llsh*t at it's best.

It's just a #*!@ carrot...

:::headshake:::

I don't know what's worse... that someone thought a carrot should be censored or that they actually found some other idiot that would agree with them.

That's interesting. When I posted the auction it was on the Pulse and was bid up to $150.

Was it pulled for being food?

Fenix, the auction was not pulled. The bids were canceled and seller ended it early.

I doubt Ebay had anything to do with it. I wonder if the seller received an offer that was too good to be true and accepted it.

First thing I thought when I saw the auction was that the seller should have listed it on Ebay China.

a carrot like that should be worth bookoo yen.

The Chinese revere the ginseng root because it has the form of a man.

This carrot would probably have its own shrine in China.

Lt - I hate to tell you this but you are incorrect.

The auction is now showing as "Invalid Item" that only happens if EBAY pulls the auction. If the seller had pulled the auction, you would still be able to view it - it would just have a piece of text at the top that states that the seller ended the auction early because the item is no longer available. Ex: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8757919601

Pixa - No - Ebay actually has a food catagory:
Home & Garden > Food & Wine

Fenix, when I replied to your post, I could still view the listing. It just had no bids and was showing as ended.

Just rechecked it and now it is showing as pulled.

Surely some idiot did not report it to ebay as being obscene.

Hmm, wonder if this thread will disappear because were are talking about eBay "pulling" the carrot, lol.
