Hi. I don't use Vendio, so does anyone know of some type of service that can remove the mention of Bidpay in over 1,000 store listings? It would literally take forever doing it manually!

I would not worry about it right now, just edit it from your files and make sure it's not there in future listings.
If you don't have your listings in an offline format then sign up for Marketworks, who has a two week free trial. Your existing listings will be imported into their system. Go to "monitor" select all of your files and "Convert Auction to Marketworks". This will create inventory files for all of your listed items. You can then export all of your inventory into Excel then do a mass Fiind and Replace and get them out in just a few seconds. Import the corrected listings and go from there.

My experience with Turbolister is that it can't import/export a large number of listings. I think it croaks at around 1500?

I'm closing in on 7000 listings. I've tried using turbolister to import, but it has never liked importing that many listings. It would take all night or longer to import them. During that time, I could sell 50 items, so I could be listing items that have already sold, that would be a mess! Even if I could update my listings in 10 seconds (and it would be longer) that would take 20 hours of straight work to update. It's not an appealing option. While I would be terribly upset if ebay shut down my store listings, I would actually see it as an opportunity to update the way I list so that every listing has a jpg with terms so that this does not happen again. I can also do inventory then to weed out things that have not been paid for that I missed, etc.

For the more technically inclined, other options are available via eBay's API. A simple grep search & replace will accomplish the same without need of Excel et al.

The short answer is - if you have to ask then you don't need to know. For the technically inclined it's short for Application Programming Interface) - the heart of the übersecret eBay Developers Program (one of eBay's worst kept secrets I might add).
Normally, users buy and sell items using the eBay online interface, interacting with eBay directly. But with the eBay API, you communicate directly with the eBay database in XML format. By using the API, your application can provide a custom interface, functionality and specialized operations not otherwise afforded by the eBay interface... yadda, yadda.
