I brought home these two bowls with every intention of keeping them. Showed them to Ken and before I could even finish the "But, dear, we could use them for. . ." I got the "Oh, no you don't. There's enough junk around here" routine. LOL! He's right. I need another bowl like I need more clothing.
The first bowl has a pressed leaf design with a ruffled edge. The feet look like bark from a tree. There is no signature. It's about the size of a good salad bowl. Any ideas as to the maker or approx. age?
The second dish is a divided crystal dish with frosted glass in a diamond pattern. Any ideas on this one?
My brother, who gave them to me because he's cleaning out his house, has no idea on either one.
As always, thanks for your help!

We are not ignoring you Cheryl, I just think everyone sees clear glass and things ugh.
Each piece has some good points, but it is practically impossible to sell clear glass unless it is a really desirable pattern.
You might want to list it "vintage bowl, what is pattern?"
You might be suprised how many people search for those keywords when they are bored. You will either seller it, or someone will probably write and identify it for you.

I was thinking Fenton as well. The feet of the bowl are the same as a couple of Fenton's I own. Thanks for leading me in that direction. It will make searching easier.
The only think I know about the second bowl is that it is crystal.
