Buyer from UK, 1 positive from 2004. She checked out, I sent the invoice via eBay. She asked for it again and I sent the second one. I emailed her from Outlook - "Remote SMTP server has rejected address".
Previous post regarding a sophisticated "phishing" email has me concerned. Can anyone help?

What is it that you fear she was able to glean from your invoice?

Hi
I thought I might have answered a phony email from eBay when I responded to a buyers question about shipping costs. As it turns out, I don't think she's getting my emails when I respond through eBay. She writes that when she goes to check out through Vendio there's no shipping method mentioned. She's had no activity since May of '04 and then only one positive. Mail address is a university in England.
How can I get Vendio to show the shipping cost? Am i just waiting for neg for no response?

Why make her go through the Vendio checkout? Didn't you send an eBay invoice? She should use that. It's a lot less complicated and your shipping information should show up. If you have a PayPal account, you can send her one through there as well.

Make sure if using PayPal you ONLY ship to their registered address. University mail frequently goes missing, gets delayed, or is misdelivered. Ypu could always opt to take payment via AuctionChex...
If your email is getting rejected either her address is bogus, mailbox is full or the spam filters are flagging eBay as spammy. Try sending from a different email account and avoid overuse of eBay.

If you email is bouncing, so will any invoice or email you send through Ebay or Paypal. Try it one more time from a Yahoo account. If that bounces, report her immediately for having invalid contact info to protect yourself against a neg for non contact.

Thank you all for your help and patience. I sent an invoice from Paypal and it hasn't come back as undeliverable (as yet). She did give a home address. Sounds like when she made her last purchase she was a sophomore becuase she now bought a baby's toy.
