I bot 2 items, each comes with its own box and a white ribbon around it ,they are shipped together in a used box.
-The outside box is crushed on one end.
-one item has seen some minor damage on the box but content is fine.
-the other item ,the box is crushed and the content is roughed up on one end.
Both are missing the white ribbons.
The package is insured with USPS,how do I file claim, what do I say??
PS.
These items are meant for resale and should be in mint condition and are usually sold with its box and white ribbons
thanks in advance

To tell you the truth I'm not sure. It's been a long time since I did one either. I would take the package to the post office with a copy of the invoice and inquire there. They should be able to steer you in the right direction.
They say your memory's the second thing to go, I just can't remember what the first thing is.
