I received this message in my eBay messages. Quote: Why did you crap up the Metlox category?? I buy many items, but this is now your store, not an auction. List one or two items to direct attention to your store. Until you stop this practice, I will buy from your.???? I think she/he left out a word.
My reply was" Who the hezz are you to tell me how to run my business?

Maybe they are really complaining because the store items are now appearing in regular searches?? Not your fault - ebay made the change.

Some people are like Slinkys..not too good for too much of anything, but they sure do put a smile on your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

enjoy the day!

What a looney tunes! There are over 3,000 items in this category and they show the store items last. What, she looks from the last page forward? I'm willing to bet she's another seller of the stuff. That's the only thing that would make sense. Your reply to her was much nicer than the one she would have gotten from me.

I sense that some buyers are as confused and upset by the new search as we sellers are. You could suggest that she change her view to Auctions Only but I do like the visual image of falling down the stairs Slinky-style!

As the full moon approaches? If she is a buyer - what is the difference if it's an auction or a store item.
Love the stinky quote!!

I received crazy critical comments from a buyer once - similar to this but 1) the guy actually bought from me so the criticism came from a customer, not a surfer and 2) he had some very specific comments on how I could improve the shopping experience. On Neglus' suggestion (he had bought from her, too), I checked out his About Me page and found he was quite the eccentric. We had a few fun bantering exchanges of emails and parted friends. I slowly absorbed one of his suggestions and gradually adopted it into all of my listings. Why he cared to criticize the way I do business is still a mystery

Ask her if she'd like a visit from...Tommy Udo...
