I have two bidders who have been NARU'd. I thought we could get our final value fees back immediately when this happened. I have already sold the first one's item (closed 1/22; filed on 2/8) and now, just kind of tripped over this other one that closed 2/6.

What a pain.

You do get the FVF back immediately but you have to check the boc "Buyer no longer registered" (or something like that). The FVF is granted immediately.

Got through to ebay on live chat and this is the scoop:
If you file a NBP and the person is NARU'd after you file, then you have to wait.
If they are NARU'd and then you file, the refund is immediate.
