Any help would be appreciated.

Ebay has once again screwed up with their billing.

Is there a phone number to Ebay where I can talk to a "human"?

Yes, Ebay has a phone number, but it's only answered between 4:01 and 4:04 AM on odd-numbered days.

If any one seriously wants eBay's many, many phone numbers they are easy to get. I have a huge list for all the eBay's and PayPal's worldwide - your's for $1.99 plus $9.99 S&H (tax not included)...
