Hi! The Vendio moderator says they've altered my pay as you go plan to allow me to upload the book nook art you so kindly offered. I've gone into templates and found the spot where I can put the image, but no matter what I do, I can't get the image. I copied the image location from your posting, but I don't know where to put it in my hard drive, or how to do that, so that I can access it. Any clues??

Great Adele. See if this works: When you right click on the image choose to save it at the same place where you save the images you upload (I use "My Images" but maybe you use "My Picture" . Then when you select "Choose Image" you select "browse" and then find it there with the images you regularly upload.

How did they alter your pay as you go plan, are they going to alter your billing too? If they altered yours for free I want them to do same for me so I could whip up my own designs. Got any ideas on how it will change your fees here at Vendio? I need to check out their plans again but was thinking others too expensive for what i sell and the sell through rates of late.

Neglus: When I have pictures to upload, I edit and upload them into a file in My Documents. I'll try doing that and see what happens. I'm so glad I reached you tonight! This has been hard. . . .
Irked: I don't exactly know what the moderator meant, and I'm still on the pay as you go plan, which I've always been on. Maybe it was a special favor, I dunno. I'll watch my bill closely. You can find the thread in Vendio Services ("need book templates" or some such title) and see for yourself. It's a mystery to me.

Irked: My post was under "Sales Manager Merchandising Edition." I hope they don't yank this from me, if other users fuss about it. I still don't know, and won't know for a while, if I'll be paying extra for this. . . .

Road, I hope they don't yank it either. I thought about that long before I posted over there--wanted to make it sound nice and not demanding or anything. Would be nice for them to open it up for us all or at least give us a limited number maybe so we could make at least one or 2 of our own custom templates. Hope I didn't goof ya up would certainly not want that.

Irked - Looks like Vendio is letting you add your own images to the logo portion of the template workshop. You can upload up to three logos to use there. I think you would have to have a different plan to add your own images to the "graphic" part of the templates. But logo works swell.
I wonder if you already can add your own logo - check "My ACcount" "Custom Template" "Logos" - there is no wording about restrtcting usage by plan.

Neglus: I added that image into the graphics part of the "Bamboo" template, which has been my default for 3 years or so. I use a lot of different templates depending on my artistic sensibilities and what colors go with what item, LOL.
I'm glad you like the way it turned out! Now here's the funny part: I don't remember exactly how I got that image into my current eBay pictures file. (It was late, last night, and I was desperate enough to make it work.)Now I'm wondering if, when I delete that file, will the books image disappear from my templates, or is it there permanently. Does anyone know???

HAHA I just realized that the image is a logo that Raod is using. I already been using logos and have uploaded them for about 3 years now or since beginning of the template workshop. guess I was thrown by the length of the logo on his auction as it usually only wants up to 300? pixel length? Anyway glad I now get it duh guess it was too late last night to know or realize that was a logo and not an image background. Thanks

How did you get it that size?
I played around with an image for my lp template but had to use two small copies of the logo...one for left side and one for center.
I would really like to have a large one across the top like this one. It is resizing mine to extra small when I tried to upload a 600 x 90 image file.
