Is anyone having problems with their images on Vendio and Ebay? All my images are showing either a red x or saying image unavailable.

I was about to post the same thing - I'm getting a "service unavailable" message in the image hosting section of Vendio - of course there's no way to reach them either.

Yes. There is nothing in my "Images" on Vendio. No folders, no files, nothing.
There is also no images showing up in my live auctions. There is a thread in the Vendio services part of the community with many people talking about this.

Same here. I tried to attach a picture to an auction and was told my picture folders were empty.
And all of my current auctions show a red x where there should be a picture.
Hope this doesn't last long.

Contact Vendio via email with outage message asap please - maybe if they get enough they will respond and fix it.

yes i too have problems having images uploading on ebay, coming from western north america.......is it vendio , or ebay, can a vendio rep please tell us what is going on....

All my sales are ending today with NO RESERVE - Hello Vendio!!!!
Everyone please contact Vendio via their email form with outage as the issue - this may trigger an immediate response from them. Please do it asap!

Hi. I am having the same problems as well, and have contacted Vendio a few times over the last couple of days. My current auctions are not showing any photos on them as well. Vendio should at least have a note in the Announcements section letting us know what the problem is, and how long they expect it to be down, as they used to do when the site was Auctiowatch.

Please choose outage as the subject - this may get trigger a response from them (I know when I was in the cable business, 3 outage calls or service issues from customers triggered a page to someone on call) - hopefully they will come through.

Not only are no images showing up, but now I can't even upload any auctions at all from SMP.

This is inexcusable - this is the time when I get most of the bids on my auctions - between now and 10:00 when they end. This is going to cost me big bucks if it's not fixed quickly.
What really gets me is there is no way to actually reach anyone to know if they even are working on it!

Thank goodness my live sale is not tonight - I would be completely shut down and lose even more money. I am quite upset, as you can tell - I'll probably leave Vendio because of this - but I do love this forum - it has given me an incredible amount of info and insight in to my Ebay sales.

Just went through the help section to see if there was anyone we could reach in emergency. This is what I ended up with:
"Contact Us
If you are contacting Vendio to report a problem, please check our system status below - we may already be working on a solution. If you would still like to contact Vendio after checking our system status, please complete the information form at the bottom of this page.
Vendio System Status
The site is operating optimally, and we have no system status announcements at this time."

stranger still..
The gallery pictures on ebay are showing up, but when the auction is clicked on, no pictures are showing. So those missing pictures must be somewhere in outer Vendio space?!

Yep. Me too. Infact after only being up for 1/2 hour, one of my auctions has'closed'. No pics showing on any of the three I had just posted. The blank image box the red X.
So what's going on??
I know I will get emails from my viewers...

Thanks 'e' - I feel better knowing at least they are working on it - but why don't they put anything in the announcements or system status telling us that? If it had not been for your link to that thread - we'd still be in the dark!

My image uploads all failed today. I listed a few auctions last week with a free service called FREE AUCTIVA The first time I set up a few auctions during the week it went great but than on sunday it was like using dial up very poor slow service It took forever to upload the photos than they had a 6 hour outage just as my auctions were closing NO IMAGES showed up!! So I was glad to go back to vindeo. Now they are having problems! I can NOT WIN!!!
When I tried to contact Vindeo last week I called the Vindeo phone number on my credit card bill. I must have called it a hundred times and got nothing but a busy signal. Again very poor customer service!!! I thought paying for the service it would be better than this. WRONG!!!

Added thot. There is simply nowhere to get answers from Vendio. They ALWAYS claim it is eBay's fault!
But where to write...the contact us is a maze of foolish put-offs for us all!
I would complain..but it never seems to do any good.
Does anyone have a better solution?
Or have a better management group to suggest?
I'm certainly interested!
