Saw this little http://pages.ebay.com/education/spooftutorial/ link on My eBay page and thought oh, what the hell and thought I would see what useless information ebay had to dump on me to day.

I can't say I really learned anything but it does have some good information on how to avoid being gotten with spoof emails. With all the "Is this a spoof?" questions posted here I thought it couldn't hurt to post their tutorial since it does have some very usefull information.
