Fenix: If you were going to add mustard to niel's recipe, how much would you add and which--dry or regular?

Mmmmmmmmmm, love tarter sauce but it must have mustard in it. Here's my special concoction.

3 cups mayonnaise
8-10 pods of garlic (depending on taste)
1 heaping teaspoon dry mustard
1 dill pickle (a big fat one)
1 small onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
4-8 tablespoons chili powder (depending on taste)

Roady - I don't do measurements on tartar sauce. I just put stuff in till it looks and tastes right. I use actual mustard and just enought that it gives a it a little yellow tinge and a bit of a bite.

fenix03 - I use it on everything. Love the stuff. I probably use it more than most people use butter. 3 cups last me maybe a month. It is not only a condiment but makes a great coating for broiled fish, quail, rabit, squirrel (any little critter). I cover the victim (who ever I shot that weekend) the night before in it, let it set in the fridge over night in a covered dish to soak up all the flavor and broil it the next day. Yummmmmmmy!!!
