Great...I just get an email from a buyer that says he left a negative for me that was intended for another seller. I have over 700 positive and no negs so this really burns my rump. I could live with it if it was deserved, but c'mon. How can I get rid of it? I saw the mutual feedback removal, but it only removes the number and not the feedback itself. I also read that if there is profanity or other no no's in there that it can be deleted. Should I leave reply that violates that and hope is gets removed? I don't quite know what to do and would like some advice.
Thanks!

Ask bidder to leave "follow up" feedback sytating that this comment was left by mistake for the wrong seller. Once this is done, do the mutual feedback withdrawal.
That will restore your feedback percentage and if you get someone cruising thru your feedback they will see that the comment was a mistake.

I think you are worrying about this a little too much. Mistakes happen. If the buyer is reasonable, they will withdraw. Buyers aren't going to stop buying from you because of this!
