I don't want to do that as I have about 2000 listings and would still be charged 3 cents a piece for them a month.
Will be 6 - 8 months maybe that I come back possibly never.

Here is what the help section says...my suggestion would be to DOWNLOAD TURBOLISTER --- FIRST ---- COPY ALL your auctions to that...that way if you come back, you have them all. Here is the help section:

To close your seller's account, contact us to remove your credit card and/or bank account information. This will make your seller's account inactive. You may have additional fees for listings on your account that haven’t ended yet. You may also have additional monthly fees if you have any open subscriptions to programs like Selling Manager Pro or eBay Stores. Please make sure you cancel all of these subscriptions.
To remove credit card or bank account information, contact us.
Closing your eBay Store
Note: Any unused portion of the subscription fee will be automatically refunded to your eBay account balance on your next invoice, and all of your Store Inventory listings will end.
To close your eBay Store:
Go to My eBay by clicking the My eBay button at the top of any eBay page. You may be prompted to sign in.
In the left column under the My Account section, click the "Subscriptions" link.
Under "Active Subscriptions”, click on the "Unsubscribe" link for eBay Stores. You'll be asked to confirm your decision before your subscription is ended.
THE LAST ONE MAY WORK FOR YOU IF ALL YOUR ITEMS ARE IN THE STORE!
