I don't recognize the mark, but I'm guessing it was made for export purposes there. Austria would be "Osterreich" in Austria. Interesting mark.

It is a Robet Hanke Porcelain Factory vase. http://www.collectorscircle.com/bohemian/porcelain/marks_table2.html has some info on them. Founded 1882 and factory closed 1945. I found many of them for sale online in the $100-250 price range. Just type in Robert Hanke Porcelain Factory in your favorite search engine and compare yours with others available online.
