What function would this knife be use for? It's decorative (made by Aluminum Silver Metal Co.) and the blade is at right angles to the handle. Worth listing or is it garage sale worthy? Thanks!

Absolutely list it.

It is called a Twist handle Butter knife.
Make sure you use the word Twist in the title as some people collect that type.

Do a search on Butter Knives and you will see some.

I would call it a turned-handled butter knife in the Tipped pattern (a 19th century pattern).

blue eyes also it looks as though the design on the blade is brite cut. If so doooo also mention that as brite cut is HOT right now.
