Know this is about a 40 year old piece album - just curious as to what "Orthophonic" was and "New Orthophonic" differed from old Orthophonic.

GREAT for us old geezers with back pain!

Ya take yer SPEAKERS & place one one each side of yer hips & then play an ORTHOPHONIC recording of "Inna-Gadda-Da-Vitto", and, before ya know it, you got HAPPY FEET again...

You got me, Tom! I never saw the Italian cover.

I thought my (little) brother, Doug Ingle, had a copy of every cover in his colleciton. Guess I'll have to ask him about that!

Rusted "Butterflies"! Gees! I thought those were my BONES that were squeaking and rattling!

Guess we're about the same age...

Most oldsters (include me in!) know how the title came to be, but for the youngsters, a very stoned musician was having trouble with the phrase "In the Garden of Eden" and the title is what came out of his mouth.

I guess it's apocryphal, but that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
