I haven't listed in a long time..when trying to list an auction on Vendio today I got an error message saying "Authorization token has expired"...I have no idea how to proceed. What are they talking about? My Vendio page says something may have expired?..and they cannot list for me on ebay and to check my account ID on ebay. I did that everything is the same? What gives?

For security purposes, eBay has implemented a "token" system to authorize third party providers with limited access to eBay account information. The token links your Vendio account to your eBay account so we can launch listings and collect information for you. The authorization tokens expire on an annual basis, and when this happens you will need to go through the process of updating your eBay ID on our website. We will provide a warning message in your account, in addition to an email letting you know when your token is about to expire.
To update the token, go to My Account -> Auction Site Accounts. Click the "edit" link next to your eBay account. Enter the email address associated with your eBay ID and go through the eBay signin process. After you complete this, your token will be updated.

Hey Tom are you with Vendio? Neat then they-you are reading out jabber.
They do it yearly? I don't remember doing it but about once in last 3 years? but I may have been asleep or brain dead
when I did it. I did redo my token about 3 months ago.

Thanks Tom, that worked and I'm back in business! I remember getting the email some time ago, but wondered if it was spam and got paranoid and deleted it. It's hard to tell these days.
