I just got an email from ebay telling me that my link to my gallery image in a store listing was incorrect! When I went to revise the listing, I could see a gallery and the URL was right.

Since when has ebay sent notices like this out? BTW the email didn't have any links.

Here is a link to the eBay Change Gallery:

http://cgi1.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?DisplayGalleryImagePage&item=

This makes it easy to correct a gallery problem.

They havew been doing it for quite awhile. Sometimes it's a matter of forgetting to link to the image, sometimes, if your image server is slow, it 's just a matter of them not being able to grab your image immediately but it coming up down the line.

No big deal, just a courtesy thing they do to warn you that you may be paying for something that is not working correctly.
