I take it that this is yet another "Drop-ship our non-existent items" offer and remit money via Western Union to our 'headquarters'. Did they mention the exciting follow up where "Armed law enforcement agents burst down your front door" a month later (at no extra charge)... fun for the whole family!

Irked...It should be safe. They let you use your own Ebay and Paypal account On a serious note, This would be a perfect opportunity for an aggressive cop with a little time on his hands to set up a beautiful sting operation.

Agate...Did you check the headers and the link? Just curious what country this came from.

Omigod. Like that's a simple one-liner task! (With about 10 steps to it.)

Somehow, I suspected that Email originated with someone just beyond the reach of the F.B.I. Sounds like a bunch of college kids in the U.K. trying to earn a little money the easy way.

This could be the work of a creative sales director looking for new ways to sell product without having to hire people or lay out any investment money. Reimbursement of eBay and PayPal fees is only for items sold. 6-9% commission is pretty lousy considering this is commission only with no marketing support. Although this is a win-lose offer, I don't think it's a scam.

6-9% is not enough, you figure if they screw up on shipping or send a box of rocks, you get nailed by Paypal and Ebay .

This is interesting... anyone read their website and the FAQ's?

Do I have to prepay or pay up-front for items that you ship to my customers?

No! Your supervisor will provide you with a list of items for sale. You will transfer generated revenue to us minus your commission and minus all the incurred eBay & Paypal fees ONLY when your customers receive their items and inform you that they are happy with their purchase.

Sounds like this is an attempt to get ebay based distributors for their product. Hard to figure where the scam is when you don't pay until the item is recieved.

What they are banking on is you not charging them for failed auctions. Once you figure those items in to the equation, you end up taking it in the shorts.

I don't think it is phony, just a very bad idea for anyone who signs up. Bad for many obvious reasons. Although the same people who sell stuff for $2 on ebay will probably think it's fine.

If you want to earn extra income from home I say just stick to stuffing envelopes, or running a 1-900 sex-line... when hubby's at work and the kids are at playschool
