I was looking for a particular Ebay store and hoping to find name and address and phone number so I can speak to the store owner,and none of that information is available in the store?
And the storeowner was not replying to my email??
How does everyone feel about this?

hwahwa - Does the seller you are trying to get contact info for have a website? If so do a WhoIs search and try pulling their domain registration info from there.
