What catagory are you listing in?
I get that error message when I try to list in a catagory where I haven't been pre-approved. Try if different catagory which is closely related and see if that works.

I figured it out. Ebay will reject your posting if you say in your Payment - Western Union or Money gram. They are the WORST!!!

I don't think an auction will be stopped for having Bidpay. I found a seller that not only has Bidpay..he also has cash as an option. The auctions are still running...

Ebay wants to make sure they get every dime they can from your auction. The more they promote paypal the more we (sellers) are forced to use it.

Think again. When Ebay first started the new policy, they didn't even give any grace period. They just started pulling auctions that were listed and running before the policy went into effect.
Turn in that seller, specifically the item number. Ebay will do something about that one.

There are still almost 657,000 auctions offering Bidpay on eBay. I rushed to revise over 500 auctions several months ago thinking eBay would pull them.
