I had a set of false teeth listed and just received notice that eBay cancelled the auction because it violated their "medical" standards. I'm a bit ticked because there are over 140 similiar items currently on auction. Could I re-list under a different category and emphasize they're "collectible and vintage" and NOT intended for personal use? I sold another set of "chompers" a few years ago (under the category "slightly bizarre" with no problems.

For fun I looked up False Teeth and found some funny questions and answers!!
You are right there are quite a few listed however I did see the following Disclaimer in several of the listings so maybe that's what you need if you didn't put it in yours.
These are real False Teeth/Dentures--- Upper and Lowers-a set. These teeth will need adjusted to fit and buyer will need to do this with a dental specialist.
Important Notice/Disclaimer- I am not a Dentist or Doctor and only selling these teeth. What ever use the buyer has for these teeth is totally the Buyers Choice and Responsibility. It is important that the Buyer has consultation with a Dental Professional.
