i subscribe to square trade, have for years. I never use the feedback help as it is just extra money and they do nothing.
The one thing they did have available was a report setup for sales, visits and some combo breakouts about the above info.
I went there today and there was nothing there but some goofy advertisement for some non existent service they offer. no stats about my sales just bogo blab about this made up borp they think is important.
So i sent them an email thinking maybe my account was blocked. they responded with an e-mail from them and below was their reason for the missing reports, All I can say is only an Internet organization could reason away that they are going to collect their fees and do nothing for it and then chalk it up to an inconvenience for me.

This message is to notify you that we have deactivated our Seller Data Reports and their email counterpart.
If you have been accessing these reports via your My Seal account, they will no longer be available to you.
If you have been receiving these reports via email, you will no longer receive them.
The data provided in the Business Reporting Center was offered as a tool to help our sellers understand general trends in their selling behavior.
The values were accurate to the best of our knowledge, but unfortunately, regular changes made by eBay to selling methods, ways of reporting data, and bugs in the transmission of data increasingly resulted in erroneous data.
As such, we recently made difficult decision to disable this feature.
Instead we've decided to leave reporting to companies whose focus is specifically that, and keep our focus on what we do do best, which is creating trust in the marketplace and giving buyers more reasons to shop from SquareTrade sellers.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this matter may cause you.
