NO! There ain't NO "cancel" function on feeBay -- although you CAN let her off-da-hook (if you so desire) thru the "MUTUAL AGREEMENT" function at the UNPAID ITEM FORM

She bought something, sent you payment and now wants it back? No, she can't.
Do yourself a favor though. Make sure you have DC on the order and a few photos in case she decides to try to pull a PayPal dispute.

Technically she *can't* do that, but if you want to save yourself a lot of trouble down the line, I would go ahead and make her complete the "cancel by mutual consent" so you get your fees back and relist. Sometimes forcing someone to go through with a transaction is simply not worth the hassle even though you are within your rights.
