How Can I contact Ebay? I've been selling on Ebay for several years but never had a proble like this. A crazy person bid on 4 of my items, and won. after a couple of weeks I filed because of nonpayment. finally she paid for 3 of the lower priced items. The next day she left me 3 negs, because i didnt close the dispute. This is just wrong. I break my butt trying to keep everyone happy, and I always go far out of my way doing this. Then to have some crazy person ruin my feedback rating with 3 negs is just unacceptable. Her Feedback rating is horrible. she receive 17 negs in the last month, and ebay just lets her keep going. 3 people emailed me about her. we all filed fvw's, but she is still bidding and leaving negs . what can I do? I know ebay dont remove feedback, but this is just wrong. Please help everyone have a great day. Depressed In Illinois.

Unwarranted Negs hurt, but they aren't the end of the world. Since they are from the same buyer, they will only count as one neg, once they are NARU'd (make sure you and the others file NonPaying Buyer for the items not paid for) they won't count for anything. Reply on your feedback page to each Neg left for you that this is a deadbeat who bids on items and won't pay for them.

Check her contact info. If she has a fake phone # or address on file, you can get the feedback removed (it worked for me once)

Don't sweat the small stuff. Keep your UPI dispute open. Then if she still harrasses you, close the dispute as her payment bounced.

pixie; That is not true. Several years ago, I had a disagreement on shipping some china & received 10 negs from the sob. I didn't know that you get all but one removed as they were all from the same buyer & the same day. You have 90 days appeal.

It would be nice if you gave us her eBay user ID so we all could all block her from bidding on our auctions.

I am sorry to hear about your crazy person. So can you share her name so we could block her from any of us having to deal with her behavior. Are we allowed to post buyer's names here??

Share an Auction # and we'll figure it out...
That way, you're not actually sharing her name directly.

" I had a disagreement on shipping some china & received 10 negs from the sob..."
TEN was probably considered to be FEEDBACK "BOMBING" by feeBay -- not sure if they would see THREE in the same light...
BUT, doesn't hurt to COMPLAIN to feeBay -- ya got nuttin to lose...

mcjane - great idea!!
There are enought crazy nuts out there that if we can block even one it will help.
If everyone files a UPI - she will be booted and FB will be removed - Right?

If she has been on eBay less than 90 days and is kicked off after all affected sellers lodge UPI disputes, her feedback will vanish. You should probably contact all the other sellers who got bad feedback from her and ask them to file UPIs so she is booted ASAP. Problem solved!
Even if she has been on eBay more than 90 days, the fact she is NARU'd along with your calm professional replies will tell other potential buyers that she was a nutjob. Wear your negs with pride

Not quite true. Only the stupid little red thingy is removed and the feedback number. I must also add if you received a positive, the little green thing will disappear as well.
Either way, the actual feedback statement stays for all to see.

Most definately need an auction # she bid on so we can block her from bidding on any of our things. She sounds like a nightmare.
