Well, I'm hoping that there is someone out there who is experiencing the same thing I am. I emailed Vendio thru their customer service form 5 Days ago, and got no response, so I guess I will put this out here.

I am currently subscribed to Vendio's Annual Listing Plan, which charges me the yearly fee upfront and then 6 cents per listing after that, no Final Value Fee. I have been subscribed to this for the past 4 years. In the past, Image Hosting with this plan was FREE. Now, apparently Vendio is attempting to force me to sign up for an additional Image Hosting Plan at an additional fee, even though I have now paid for another year of my Annual Listing Plan at the beginning of April. However, I even went back and looked at Vendio's description for the Annual Listing Plan fee structure, and it states specifically that anyone who subscribes to this plan is supposed to get a "Generous" amount of FREE Image Hosting.

What is going on here? What am I missing? I have about 200 images stored on my account from previous uploads, and those images are still being used in my current auctions. However, I can't even access those because Vendio's screen keeps telling me I have to sign up for an Image Hosting Plan before I can even view them.

Any help from anyone (yes, even you Vendio) would be greatly appreciated. And on another rant, who do you have to be to get any kind of response from Vendio's customer service? I'm an original member of Vendio, even before they started charging for their services, and I've been a paying member ever since. And you still can't take the time to respond to a simple email from me? Frankly, ridiculous.

Hi,
Although I am not experiencing the problem you are referring to, I have had this plan for about as long as you have and have about 127 photos stored.
The only thing I can think of is to check your recycle bin and permanently delete the photos you no longer need.
The photos in the recycle bin count as storage and if they have not been deleted permanently it can add up. I discovered that by accident a few years ago. I don't know if it will help, but it may be worth a try if you haven't deleted them in awhile.

I have never had a problem contacting customer service yet. Have you tried sending your email to them again?
As far as being charged for the picture hosting I think there's something wrong there. This is a copy from their own website.
"The Vendio Annual Listing Plan includes a generous amount of FREE image storage along with inventory management and listing. This plan DOES NOT INCLUDE direct marketing and promotion services or post sale functionality such as invoicing and checkout."
Note it list FREE image storage. You can find this by clicking on View my account and then view the different plans.

Vendio specifically states that a subscription to the Annual Listing Plan is entitled to a "generous" amount of free image hosting. I still have received no contact from Vendio on my original email, and I have sent them another email this morning. Do they have no one patrolling these boards when people need assistance?

I don't think they monitor the ebay board very much. I would suggest posting your question on the SMME or SMIE board. They seem to monitor them alot more.
