I have a hit counter on my auctions and I noticed a graph this morning that shows the various "IP addresses" that viewed my auctions ... is there a way to find out anything about who's lookin' at my auctions by my knowing the IP addresses??? ... Thanks if you can explain this to me.

edited to add; gosh, never mind ... amazing what a short amount of time spent googling can answer ... lol

Sure - if you want to invade the privacy of complete strangers for no reason other than that they clicked on your auction you probably could, my hope of course is that no one would actually tell you how.

I'm seeing that in Sellathon, too, as a regular feature and would love to know more. In the meantime, I've identified regular bidders of multiple items by clicking on the item in my current auctions list here, to see the user name of the bidder. Not going to do anything with that information but it's interesting to me.
I had a 30-day free trial of sellathon and didn't learn anything new about keywords; seems I'm guessing pretty correctly. However, I did see that hardly anyone clicks on title AND description when searching.
Now I've opted for one more month, at $4.95, just to see how well I've guessed on keywords for some seldom-used categories.

Does it sell this feature to web stores?
I know on Yahoo Shopping, when a customer places an order, usually with a credit card,Yahoo will show his IP address on his order form.
It is just another piece of information for the storeowner to decide if this order is legit,if he said he is in WY,USA but his IP address shows he is coming from UK or Nigeria.

Anyone selling online as a business will routinely track IP hits and optimize their website for regional traffic. We have been doing it on several of our websites for around 5+ years. Keywords and phrases that attract Japanese buyers will be completely different than those aimed at German, or French customers.
Loads of free tools for decoding IPs and some are even available as FireFox extensions.
