It depends on which service you use. It looks like VintageAds4u uses Vendio. The service I use also allows for combining sales automatically in my invoices. It allows me to specify regular single-item shipping costs as well as additional item shipping costs.
The CON about not being compatible with eBay express is currently true, although my service says they have a patch that will be available on Tuesday that will allow BOTH COR and be compatible with Express.
So both of those "cons" do not apply to everyone.
CON: Some buyers don't like filling in a 3rd party checkout. Some get just plain nasty about it too.
PRO: I haven't entered anyone's address or shipping address in months. Since I do not get involved, it's impossible that I mistype an address or misspell a name.
PRO: Not only is the automatic addresses cut down on errors, but it saves me time in not typing everything.
PRO: They may add something from my off-site store (the checkout is integrated with my web-store).
PRO: The system can check the address and info on Paypal and tell me when the item is paid for or not.
With the exception of the occasionally grumpt customer, there are no real cons that I see.
