i want to change the information in the 'item location' field but don't see it anywhere. WHere do i change it? thanks.

Click on "My Account" on the top right of this page.
On the next page in the upper right section is the Site Specefic section. Click on the "ebay" link. This is the page for setting all of your ebay preferences. Scroll down about 3/4 of the way on this page to the "Ship-From Location" section. This is the section you are looking for. This is the default setting for making a ebay listing.
However, everytime you create a listing you have the option of changing the item location. It's in the create listing page if you use the Vendio online version or if you use SMPro, go to the ebay site information page in the top left you will see a clickable "modify" button in the item location. Click this and you can modify the item location for just that listing.

hi mike, thanks for the info. actually, i don't post with Vendio. Do you know where to find this field on the ebay site?

kidgalahad if your listing straight through Ebay its in the "Enter Pictures & Item Details" spot under "Item location" Zip code ...it has a "Change" button you can click , click it and just type in your zip or click "Custom" for it to say anything you want. Hope this helps.
