What's wrong with the auction? Even if it only gets one bid, he'll make a profit. He bought it from some pigeon in Florida, paid with Paypal, received it yesterday, and will do a chargeback tonight. He will have no money invested, so whatever he gets will be profit.

"I EXPECT MAILED PAYMENTS TO BE RECEIVED WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER THE AUCTION HAS ENDED. DUE TO INCREASING NUMBER OF NON PAYING BIDDERS, I WILL CONTACT EBAY TRUST AND SAFTEY DPT, AND RELIST MY ITEM AND WILL LEAVE A NEGATIVE RATING."

Hey Tom is Ralphie going to bid on it? I will have to watch this one to see if the poor schmuck takes a bath or not. Just might be your lucky day.

Want to see something even weird-er on this dude go check out item #s 6872879237 and 9736238077. This dude bought laptop and is now selling the same laptop as new or he just happened on one identical he bought. Just kinda strange. Hard way to make any money.

<<I've looked over that auction 10 times, and I still haven't found the "catch!">>
Tom...I am by no means implying anything about this sellers character. In fact he has 100% positive feedback. But looking a little closer, his feedback is low, he has had this account registered since March of this year, and most of his sales have been for fairly low dollar items. He has now listed several auctions for high dollar items. They are 10 day auctions, all set to end within a few hours of each other. This is a classic red flag, and the way many scams have been pulled to collect big bucks for non existent merchandise. I'm not saying this is the case here, but the red flag is still waving, and if I were ever going to think about bidding, this would be a case where I would insist on escrow. That's strictily my paranoid opinion only. Your mileage may vary.

I pretty much KNOW the MINIMUM WHOLESALE cost for this item, and it truly takes BIG BRASS HUEVOS to offer this sucker for $9.99 NR -- unless it happened to have fallen off the TURNIP TRUCK last week??

He might be, Tom. I look at these things as both a buy and seller, and most often I see two different things. However, as a buyer, if I really needed this particular scale, I would pass on this seller and go to an established dealer with a reputation such as yourself. Even if you suddenly decided to turn evil and grab the loot and run you wouldn't get far. You can't run fast enough lugging Ralphie under your arms to get away from the sheriff, so you gotta stay honest

Me thinks Ralphie needs to come live with irked. He surely has to have a complex being called Lard-Butt. When Tom goes to jail Ralphie and me will exercise and get into shape. Then when "Tatooed Tom" gets out Ralphie can return home and get a naval ring to match Tom's new tats. that is almost a tongue twister.
