I sent a payment but never received any merchandise.
Text of Complaint: I won an auction for a $500 Pep Boys Gift Certificate. It was a certificate number which you entered after ordering online. We were told by Pep Boys, that the certificate number was stolen
and not valid.

I would leave town asap. It sure sounds as though they mean business. You could lose EVERYTHING. Why risk that? Just run while you can.

Tell them the truth. You are an ex-Enron accountant and are presently in a half way house undergoing therapy to taper off. You expect to be far enough advanced to start in on the $250.00 certificates next month.
