I have had a couple incorrect addresses lately when I print shipping labels through PayPal.
One buyer didn't receive their merchandise. I did a tracking confirmation email on it and it was delivered to an 8 year old prior address of their parents. Has anyone else had this problem when using PayPal addresses for their shipping labels?
Any ideas of why this is happening? How do you confirm the correct address, or do you just assume PayPal is correct. Thanks

Hi,
I've had this problem as well, so post this right on my auctions as well as in the WBN.
"NOTE if paying by PayPal your item will be shipped to the address listed with PayPal to ensure payment protection policies. Please update your PayPal ship to address if necessary before paying."

This is a good time to remind sellers to always have a legible Return Address on all shipments. Saved me on several occasions when item were returned for bad or incomplete address (buyer's fault it should be noted).

Yes it happen to me too. The buyer is responsible for updating that information and should have to pay any additional shipping cost.

Are you using addresses listed on Ebay or PayPal? I have been finding lately that people are paying lately via ebay and the ebay listed address is the one being used.
