It is a non discriminatory one because they erase positive feedback as well when a buyer is no longer a registered user. Should think they would have a way of programing this new feature a bit differently.

That is not good as things we sold years ago and the buyer no longer a member would that mean we loose their feedback as well in out count? This is disturbing to say least if that happens.
Example if all your buyers up and quit ebay and you had 2005 feedback all good and Ebay removes their feedback then that leaves you back at zero feedback. This is extreme example but non the less disturbing if it happened, stranger things have occurred.

They called the one they deleteed a recent transaction but I checked and it was an item that I bought in Feb. of this year so I do not know how far back they call "recent:

The way it was originally announced, this would only apply to NARU'd members who had been registered with Ebay for 90 days or less.

Then Ebay cannot count because the party who gave me the removed feedback was registered July 19 2005. That is over 11 months since registration.
