Actually that is the very model toaster on my kitchen counter. Paid list price at William Sonoma 9 years ago. It was my husband's choice for his 30th anniversary gift. Amazing looks and works great.

We bought our 4 wide slice Dualit on Ebay about 4 years ago for 130.00 after our ancient restaurant model finally crapped out, it was a refurb from Williams Sonoma, just like new. Great toaster. When we're feeding a lot of hands during shearing or roundup, that thing will crank out 2-300 pieces of toast without a whimper.

The ORIGINAL price was STILL on the Bottom of the toaster....$465.00. It was Brand NEW.....I got $350.00 on Eb for it.....Commercial grade.....
The reason I posted this,,,,,I saw a T.v. blurp yesterday,,,,the actress was asked to work OVERTIME on a commercial,,,she was selling things for Radio shack,,,,She turned down the overtime rate and asked for the PROP backgound toaser instead,,,, she knew Exactly what she was getting (that toaster was MORE than the overtime pay) they gave her the toaster......

Classic, you either get it (the allure of a Dualit) or you don't. My husband saw a Dualit and it was love at first sight. Some of it is the sleek retro look, some the fact that it is built to last forever with the minimum of frills. It does not even pop up because in commercial use they don't want the toast to start to cool.
Look on the kitchen counter in any commercial or show on TV. More often than not the toaster you see is a Dualit. -----o----o----o----o----o----o----o----o
