While communicating with a fellow Vendian (who will remain anonymous unless she volunteers this info) via eBay's message system, I was AMAZED to find a pre-printed response to her Send me a Message.
In other words, when I clicked: Contact this ebay member, I got a list of her most frequent questions and answers. Too cool.
So, I have searched high and low but obviously not well. How do you do this?

Displaying Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
If you have questions that you are asked often, such as about your return policy, you may want to create FAQs. You can create custom questions for your buyers to see when they click the “Ask seller a question” link. You can also include the item specifics from the listing, or the questions posted on the listing.
To create your own questions and answers:
1.
Go to My eBay Preferences.
2.
Under the “Ask Seller a Question” section, click the “Edit” link.
3.
Select the options you want to display on the Ask Seller a Question page.
4.
Enter your questions and answers, and then preview your FAQs.
5.
