I guess this is the first time I have ever even LOOKED at half.com! My daughter wants me to buy a book for her ...cool...we find the book, click "buy" and then go to checkout - WHERE"S THE PAYPAL OPTION??? I don't want to use a credit card! The listing really didn't address payment options I guess...if I don't check out in 60 minutes is the deal cancelled?

Neglus, I've never had a problem using Paypal for half.com purchases but then I haven't used them in a while. I did not know the seller could elect out of paypal on half.com.

YIKES THEN - was I somewhere else?? The site said "Half" and had the ebay logo! The Half listing did not show payment options ANYWHERE! I assumed PayPal would be one of them but there is a shopping cart and only a place to put CC info.

Half.com doesn't take payments through Paypal, just credit cards or debit cards with a credit card affiliation.

My bad. Like I said, its been a while since I bought anything there. Guess I've just had enough time to forget the credit card thingy.

You can email the seller and ask if he will accept Paypal payment.

Half is not a money maker for Ebay, and Ebay does not want to spend any more money on Half.
To accept Paypal ,it will require some programming changes .
