with all that's happening, we are thinking (for starters) of reducing the 3000+ items we have on our ebay store to approx 200 items, having them last for 30 days, and then rotate them out.

is the 30-day option still available for stores? and, can is there a way to delete ALL the items on my store in one easy step?

If you want to kill them all, go to http://www.vrane.com and use their free utility "Bomb Auctions".

You can check off individual listings, or select "bomb ALL listings"

Vrane has been around forever, and it's safe to give them your eBay login info.

why not just close the whole store and start all over?

Because "reducing" is not the same as "closing".
