We're unable to use paypal to pay for ebay auctions - says "temporarily unavailable, try again later".....all afternoon now. Central California here. Anyone else? Nothing on the announcement board.

Just tried it and no problem.
I did notice that they've changed the look somewhat like the new box that shows your balance and lists your currency.

Oh, no! Improvements must be paid for.
Do I smell a Paypal fee increase in the air???

Try reboting, I had the same thing and reboted and it was fine. I think maybe a power outage??
