Top 5000 Reviewer = someone who has written a review that has actually been read. I am one too. Since I am one and have only written one review, I guess it is not a big deal.

Here is some of the description of the second link.

Sorry, this was going to be a custom store template. But since so many probably won't be able to afford to keep their store, because of the new EXHORBITANT store fee's, it's just a template.

And because I want to help you out the price of this template is 6% lower than my normal price of a basic template(regularly $6.95) it's priced at only $1.50. Isn't that 6% lower than $6.95? I'm using a calculator I bought from the "Company Store"

It "was" a listing I made with a set of see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil plaster cast frog's. Guess they didn't like the text I had in it.

Just checked the cancelation email they sent me and it was cancled for key work spamming. I'll relist it again and again and again until it stick's.

Mike...Get in there and edit out yjr word "key blanks" and it should be o.k. That's probably what they are using for their keyword spamming (no pun intended) objection.

They just zapped Mike's second try. I don't think I'd try it again with that auction Mike. The third time will get you suspended for sure, if they haven't already done so.

That's no problem. I have a hole list of ebay ID's I can use. I can play this game for weeks.

By the way, they clarified this time what the key word's that are spam actually are. It's "Fee Hike"

Dear mikes4x4andtruckrepair,

Thank you for your recent auction-style listing. You listed the following item:

120013122641 - The Fee Hike Frog's See, hear and speak no "FEE HIKE"

Unfortunately, eBay removed your listing. All fees related to this listing have been credited to your account. We also notified members who placed bids on the item that the listing has
been canceled.

The listing was removed because it violated the eBay Keyword Spamming policy. The violation occurred when you included the following information in your listing:

"FEE HIKE"

eBay doesn't permit keyword spamming. Sellers can't place brand names or other inappropriate keywords in a title or description to gain attention or direct members to a listing. The listing's searchable text, including the title, needs to relate directly to the item for sale.

Sellers can use brand names or keywords only if they are directly related to the specific item offered in the listing. eBay doesn't permit sellers to use unrelated keywords because they may confuse and mislead buyers.

I just wrote to the person with the clock to see if he had one that runs backwards. he sent this reply to let us know why it was stopped.
-------------------------------------------

Hi! Ebay pulled my 'feebay' clock - for keyword spamming. The keywords in question? Gues....it was FEE HIKE!
However ebay did not pull the same clock I had listed simultaneously in my store, so if you are still interested in the clock, it's still there!
thanks!

Mike I thought when they suspended an ID they suspended the address and name also and if you have multiple IDs do they get zapped too? Or do you have aliases and live in an apartment building taking up all the apartments. LOL Now that would be fun.

agate I misread. he has other clock at url I posted above

Actually I have 4 physical address's. One where I live, 2 for different business's I run and a third at a wharehouse I lease. I have credit cards or bank accounts tied to each address. I then registered a couple user ID's with each address.

I'm just going to relist it to the same ID but remove the FEE HIKE. I'll come up with something else for the title description.
