I've gotten where I hate it when someone emails me about a past auction. I don't see the code anymore and the audio doesn't work half the time for me. Even when it does - it's muffled and I have to play it 3 or 4 times.
After 8 years and thousand of dollars in fees you would think ebay would know I'm for real???

Neglus - I just sent you ASQ so you can see what I'm talking about. Hopefully your's works better than mine.

It took me 3 attempts to understand the code when I sent you the ASQ!! I don't see the code for some reason - it must be something with my compute.

Ok, I'm curious. What audio? Have I been missing something all this time?

New for the visually impaired -- when it asks for the security code from the box (impossible for me to get right on first try) when you are simply contacting a seller without having a transaction within whatever time, you can click on audio and it will tell you the numbers/letters. Actually, I saw it and thought it was a good move -- but I haven't tried it.

Mike - you can go in and ask any seller a question to see what I'm talking about, as long as it's not a active auction.
My problem is I can't "see" the code since they started this and the sound is terrible.
When I emailed Neglus this morning I had to do it 3 times to understand what the code was.

Ahhhhhhhh, now it all makes sense. Wasn't sure what you were refering to earlier. I'm usually not to bad with them. I would say I get 90% + of the codes on the first try.

I kind of like the security code idea. Prevents people or should I say spammers from emailing ebay members with automated programs. I didn't know there was a audio option though. I'll have to check that out.
