How does the Relist Fee Credit work? Thanks!

If you mean the credit where you relist an item and sells the second time, you should get the second insertion fee refund right then- when it sells.

But you only get the credit if your items sells. If it don't sell, the second listing fee is NOT refunded. So you really need to be careful on what you try and sell. Too many relists without sales can and does cut into your profits.

Have I just been asleep or have they changed the re-list credit criteria recently?

I notice that you do not qualify for RLC if you are relisting an auction or BIN with multiple items. I did not notice that before. At least not until this month.
