It's ebay. Is anything right.

edited to add: Do you mean when you go to your feedback page it shows 2 new negatives in the "Members who left a negative" column? Or are you talking about recent rating's chart to the right?

So if you have 6% negatives and add one positive, you end up with 250% fee hikes.
