eBay Displays Competing Items on Some Closed-Item Pages

eBay said next week it would begin showing items from other sellers on a seller's closed item page to buyers who come to eBay directly from an off-eBay site. Active items from the seller who listed the closed item will be displayed directly underneath this section. eBay said the change would help new buyers who come from outside eBay and "are often confused about how to find active listings that match what they were originally looking for on other sites."

If you bother to look at the time stamp on my post you will see that it was posted 40 minutes before Mikes post. But then that would take a brain wouldn't it Stonedmold?

You might want to check the times again Dave before you shoot off at Stone. My post was posted on August 18, 2006 04:58:56 AM and yours posted on August 18, 2006 11:07:05 AM. By my math that's 6 hours and 9 minutes before yours.
